Directions for use:

Brush your teeth for 3 minutes at least twice a day (morning and evening), preferably after each meal. In children under six years of age, use a pea-sized amount of paste under adult supervision to minimize the risk of ingestion. Consult a dentist or doctor when taking fluoride from other sources. Dental tested.
