Use:

Massage with your fingertips to perform preliminary cleansing with warm water of the scalp and hair. Then apply the shampoo to wet hair. Massage evenly until foam and leave on the head for about 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and repeat the operation. Use once a day for the next 2-3 days in 2-4 weeks, prophylactically 1-2 times a week.
