Cellulose (bulking agent), lemon balm extract, hop cone extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (glazing agent), crocus extract, magnesium salts of fatty acids (glazing agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), titanium dioxide (dye), hydroxypropyl cellulose (glazing agent), quinoline yellow (dye), HT brown (dye), brilliant black (dye), S green (dye), beeswax and carnauba wax (glazing agents).

Lemon balm herb extract - helps maintain a positive mood. It helps to reduce tension, helps to relax and helps maintain a healthy sleep.
Hops extract - has a soothing effect and contributes to a restful sleep.
Crocus extract - contributes to emotional balance and helps maintain a positive mood.

Dosage: Adults: 1 tablet 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.
