It does not affect the continuity of the epidermal lipid layer and significantly reduces irritation. The preparation mimics the physiological composition of the epidermis and protects the lipids of the intercellular binder of the stratum corneum. By replenishing the deficiencies of ceramides, triglycerides, EFA, cholesterol, squalane, it actively and long-lastingly regenerates the natural lipid structure and prevents transepidermal water loss.
