Indications and operation

Medical device Pelafen® Kid MD COLD for children over 1 year of age is used in the first symptoms of a cold. The product creates a protective barrier on the mucous membrane of the throat, protects against the penetration of viruses and bacteria, and facilitates the cleaning of the respiratory tract.

The product includes the patented MUCOBIONETM formula, which contains substances that reduce the surface tension and change the physical properties of the residual mucus, which makes it easier to peel off from the mucous membranes. Thanks to this, the mobility of the cilia increases and the secretion from the respiratory tract is removed.

In addition, as a result of the patented MUCOBIONETM formula and other ingredients of the product, the protective, natural function of the mucosal barrier is strengthened and the defense against the penetration of microorganisms: viruses and bacteria (but also allergens, dust), i.e. protection against the development of infection. At the same time, the protective layer on the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat gives a feeling of hydration and relief in case of irritation, pain and inflammation of the throat.

The medical device Pelafen® Kid MD COLD is used in the first symptoms of a cold:
- irritation and sore throat, hoarseness, cough, to alleviate them and inhibit further development of infection.

The Pelafen® Kid MD COLD medical device can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor.

Composition
Patented formula MUCOBIONETM (African geranium root extract, oat protein), Icelandic lichen thallus extract, linden inflorescence extract, maltitol, citric acid, raspberry flavor, potassium sorbate, acacia gum, water.

Dosage:
Children 1-3 years
2.5 ml of syrup 2 times a day
Children 3-6 years
2.5 ml of syrup 3 times a day
Children 6-12 years old
5 ml of syrup 2-3 times a day
Children over 12 years old and adults
5 ml of syrup 3-4 times a day
