Use:

Perfecta Eye Patch should be refrigerated for 1 hour before use. Then remove the petal from the foil and place it under the eye. Leave on the skin for about 20-30 minutes. Remove the petals. Do not rinse the skin with water! Use on cleansed skin after applying eye cream. Do not use on damaged, irritated or excessively dry skin.
