It supports the proper functioning of the nervous and mental systems and thus contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also helps to maintain a proper electrolyte balance and promotes the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Potassium has a beneficial effect on maintaining normal blood pressure, supports the proper functioning of the nervous and circulatory systems. In turn, L-ascorbic acid, like magnesium, helps to reduce the feeling of fatigue and fatigue, supports the maintenance of good mental condition and the proper functioning of blood vessels.
